Thank you Oliver, it was a pleasure to spend the day with you on the Delta yesterday. You did a great job learning and I’m so glad you enjoyed the day. Wow, wasn’t that exciting seeing those Largemouth come up and smash the fly? How about the strength and speed of the Stripers and feeling their power directly through the line, now you see what we Fly Fishing nuts are so addicted to! I was wondering how Luke, at 9 yrs. old, would do for the entire 8 hrs., but his enthusiasm held up the entire time with out one bit of let down1 I wish I could say the same for some adults! LOL! His knowledge and curiosity for the fish and wildlife was great to see as so many youth and adults alike can get so caught up in our busy world that they don’t let themselves take in the beauty that’s right in our own backyards…I look forward to spending the day with you 2 again soon and building on the skills that you learned so far.
