We inly caught fish we couldnt keep…7’ shark, manta ray, oyster toad fish, and 2 very large drum fish (41” and 31”.) It was a fun trip, but 1 person had quite a headache later from the concussive ride…its not just a little cruise on a lake!
Chris was our guide and made the trip for ly wife and I one to remember. He gave us the full experience even up to going out and catching the bait for the day. He was super personable and made the trip super informative with tons of history facts about the area while we were under way. And of course the main reason we were there was more than met…we caught plenty of sharks and even finished the day with a nice red drum! We definitely plan to go back and couldnt recommend a better guide! Thanks again for the guide trip of a lifetime!
I booked a trip to take my son out for his birthday. We had to reschedule our first trip due to weather, but there was clear communication and flexibility. Captain Chris asked my son if he wanted large game fish or river fish, and of course he wanted to go for a big fish. Captain Chris knew exactly where to go and had us steadily pulling in big reds.
Captain Ronnie is my hero. I set up a Charter on my birthday of all days, and Captain Ronnie made it the best day ever. He was on time, better yet early, and made me feel special the entirety of the trip. His boat was GORGEOUS, STATE OF THE ART, and rode beautifully with great music on the waters. Upon reaching our first spot, we were on the fish, and on them hard. Captain Ronnie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and provided countless teaching moments for a fellow angler such as myself. Spot after spot, fish after fish, lesson after lesson. The Captain allowed me to do whatever I was comfortable with doing, from baiting hooks, to casts, and adventurous reels. I could not have had a better birthday, better Captain, or better experience. Kendra was incredibly kind on the phone as well as she made sure I was ready for the trip the day before. I WILL BE BACK!!! I hope he had as much fun as I did…

Captain Chris was wonderful to work with. We had fabulous weather and caught Cobia (released), Red Snapper (released), Baracuda (released), Trigger Fish, and Rock Hinds. All in all, great day on the water.
My wife, neice and I each caught fish. Their first time inshore fishing and Ronnie was super helpful teaching everyone how and where to cast to get fish. We had a blast fishing, got a keeper Red Drum for dinner and a bunch of catch and release. We can't wait to go again. Maybe in the Fall or Winter next time for something different.
