This trip was extremely special to us because it was one persons first time ever deep sea fishing, and 2 people on this trip have cancer and it was just a special trip for us to be able to attend. As soon as we arrived to the boat, everyone from the captain to the 2 deckhands were super helpful and friendly. You’re never guaranteed to catch anything, but they went above and beyond and made sure that everyone caught something. From redfish, to grouper, to this years first blue marlin for that boat dock, to mahi mahi and finishing it up with a wahoo. Words cannot express how good this trip was. We definitely will be booking again.

First off is the Captain Judah, he kept us on the fish and we loved that!! Whenever things got cold, he didn’t hesitate to pull lines and move to another spot. He didnt want to waste our time fishing in a spot that went dead!!! He was very welcoming and professional with our family and his crew!! He communicated very well about what we’d like to accomplish on our 8hr trip and what his plan would be for that to happen. The boat is very clean and taken care of and the AC cabin was a lifesaver!!

Second was the firstmate/deckhand Kayden and his helper. These guys were the stars of the show for us. They kept the tackle moving, hooks baited and fish taken off hooks. They were constantly switching out gear for the different fish we were going after. With four newbies to fishing and myself an inland fisherman….these guys worked their tails off making it an enjoyable trip.

Overall, we would highly recommend the Stelluna for any fishing charter, especially for families!!! We’d give ten stars if we could!!! Great job Stelluna crew!!!

They should call this the arm spasm, back wrenching, leg shaking fishing bonanza! These guys lived up to and exceeded our expectations!! We were exhausted from catching so many different types of huge fish. A 9 ft lemon shark, 6 ft sand shark, red snapper, Bonita, barracuda, grouper, amber jack.. I mean everything!! Do you yourself a favor and spend the time and money for a good long trip with these guys! Worth every penny!!

Our Family joined the Stelluna and crew for a (6) hour trip while on vacation and had a great fishing trip.  We had young children aboard as well as grandparents and everyone enjoyed the outing.  We caught bait fish, snapper, reef fish, amberjack, tuna, and a Shark!  We released those that we were unable to keep, but brought home plenty of fish to have a local restaurant cook up, even after a dolphin and shark took a few of our catches right off our lines!

We would definitely recommend a trip on the Stelluna as the Captain, crew, and boat all provided a wonderful experience we will all remember.

My boys had an absolute blast and caught plenty of fish, which we were even able to send home. The entire trip was well-organized, relaxed, and truly family-friendly. Highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a fun and memorable day on the water in Destin. We’ll definitely be back!
