Eric I am very sorry to hear that you did not have a very good experience I have personally reached out to you in text message and have left you a voicemail trying to make the situation right we are in the business of making people happy not giving bad experiences. It is a little disturbing in the manner that you wrote the review we cannot control the weather and based on the forecast which was bad all week we decided that Monday was the best day to go which was the best weather day unfortunately like a lot of times the weatherman was wrong we cannot control that but our captain did everything he could to find you fish And did everything he could to make you have a good experience unfortunately we cannot control the weather or the fact that there’s a hurricane off of our coast and we made a judgment call based on the forecast which did not end up being true. Furthermore I have reached out to you to find if there is a solution our best solution would be to get you back out there on a day when the condition are nice and show you the fishing conditions that are in Murrells inlet Which is one of the best fisheries on the East Coast except for on days when the wind blows 30 miles an hour.  So for you to advise people that Murrells Inlet Isnt all that it’s cracked up to it is wrong it is one of the best fisheries there is.  Anyways we are very sorry you had a bad experience we will continue to reach out to you to hopefully come up with a resolution because our goal is to make you happy and make memories that will last a lifetime. And not just take your money. You don’t get to be number one in our business by screwing people you get number one by making people happy,  taking care of people and making sure that if something is not right you do everything in your power to make it right which is what I’m trying to do.  Hope to hear from you soon and would love to get you back out on the water.
