Dear Mohamed. Thank you for taking the time out to let us know about your experience. We pride ourselves on our high standards and are surprised to hear about your trip. We have investigated this matter further and the items you pointed out, that we have control over, we have taken action. Unfortunately our meals cannot be steaming hot, but the dishes we use are thermally insulated, which keeps the food temperate, we are not sure why this did not work 100%, we are are currently sourcing different types of options to see if there is a better way. With regards to coffee, we are situated on a hotel property, if you had requested a cup we would have got you one. We have taken this suggestion forward though as a little coffee station for the early mornings sounds great!

With regards to fishing, we wish our Clients could catch every time, we understand how frustrated you must be, but fishing is fishing otherwise it would be called catching, Mauritius sounds wonderful but is completely different from Tanzania. We have the best days and the worst days, I can guarantee you our skipper took you to the best potential spot for that day, there are so many factors at play that can interfere with your fishing, the heat is one of them, the fish try to stay as close to the ocean floor as possible to keep cool, there may have been a bad storm before or coming, we have also had a huge increase in dolphin pods on this side, as in hundreds and hundreds more dolphins are around.

We again would like to apologise for this experience and wish you had informed us before you left Zanzibar as we would of really wanted to make this right with you.
