Norma, the scene you caused at the marina was embarrassing and childish.  Based on the tantrum you were throwing I almost had to cancel your trip right then and there. I was nervous about how you would treat my employee once you left the dock. In fact everyone in your group was visibly embarrassed by the way you were acting and attempted to reassure me everything would be okay. So I reluctantly let you go. I approached you after the trip, as I do with all of my fishing clients, to check in and ask how the trip went. Everyone in your group told me how fun and beautiful it was on the water. You were the only one with anything negative to say. I tried to have a discussion with you about what happened that morning, but unfortunately you created a false narrative in your head and stuck to it. I never once told you that I would personally be your captain.  It states clearly on my website that my company has multiple boats and captains.  To reiterate the point I was trying to tell you on the day of your trip, the group I personally took out were long time repeat clients. I have been fishing with them for 8 years they were so supportive of me when I was just starting out and have come back time and time again. That being said, please choose another company in the future. We like fishing with kind clients, not loud, entitled, demanding clients like yourself.
