Visiting from the UK - i chose to book Andy based solely on his super positive reviews and catch reports. From the outset it was clear that Andy is a highly accomplished angler. We had fish from the beginning of the trip - moving frequently to try new spots, in order to keep on top or the fish…. Being new to Florida fishing Andy was a great tutor - taking time to help me throughout the day… remaining patient even after i lost a ‘proper’ Snook! I would highly recommend Andy -he has a great boat and is a super laid back skipper who made the day feel relaxed and fun throughout. .
Captain Andy was great. We booked a 2 hour trip with our family and he made it fun and easy the whole time. He was great with them, kept everyone engaged, and knew exactly what he was doing. Right at the end, he put us on a massive black drum and did pulled out every trick for us us to it. By then we were calling him the “Fish Doctor.” If you’re thinking about booking, go with “The Fish Doctor” Captain Andy. He delivers.
andy was great. put us on fish. it was my 9 year daughter first time saltwater fishing and captain Andy was awesome with her made it such a good experience she wants to do it again. we only did 2 hours because i didnt know how my daughter would do. after the fact i wish i would of done four. my daughter alone caught 9 fish not counting what my dad and i caught. all and all great trip. would definitely used this booking again. thanks you captain Andy
Captain Andy was fantastic! He was incredibly kind and so patient and sweet with my boys, which made the experience even more special for our family. His knowledge of the area really showed—he got us on some great fish and made sure we were having a great time the entire trip. We truly enjoyed our half-day charter and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and memorable fishing experience!
I was an Inshore Fishing Captain in Venice Florida for ten years targeting Snook, Redfish and Trout. Captain Andy is one of the best Captains I have fished with. Great equipment, superb knowledge of where the fish were and what they were feeding on. Can't ask for anything better than that!
