We had a great time fishing with these guys, and they got us on some mahi mahi and barracuda.  At one point we had three mahi mahi on at a time.  We booked a six hour trip, but called it quits after about four hours-partially because one person became sea sick, and partially because we wanted to snorkel, which they also took us to a reef to do.  The sea was a bit rough on this day for snorkeling, but that is no fault of the crew.  They did a great job.  They provided beer-plenty of it for four of us from Wisconsin, rum, water, soda, etc.

This was the second time using Big Marlin Charters.  We were picked up at the resort and dropped off in a timely manner with no problems or concerns.  The crew was great.  Conditions were much better than last year.  Although fishing was a little slower.  We did manage to catch two fish, not that the captain didn’t try to find them.  We traveled near and far searching for fish with other boats in the vicinity doing the same.  I would highly recommend Big Marlin Charters for your Punta Cana fishing experience.

We caught several mahi and a barracuda. Had a Marlin on but it got off. We really enjoyed ourselves. Had like 7 or 8 bites. Captain Kelvin and first mate Alfredo worked hard finding fish and putting baits in front of them for us!!!!!  Would definatly reccomend these guys. They are good fisherman!!!!

First time in DR, and and fishing for Marlin. We couldn’t have picked a better Charter, crew was great, and obviously knew what they were doing. We caught an amazing 7ft Blue Marlin, and two- 2 1/2 ft Barracuda’s. Something we will always remember!
