Booked a 4-hr offshore trip.  Got an email from Steven, saying he would be our captain.  Details about the trip said boat would have a bathroom, water, soft drinks and snacks, and a promise to do their best to make it a trip of a lifetime.  A guy named Matt showed up in a flat bottom boat that didn’t even have enough seats for the 5 of us, let alone a bathroom.  He didn’t take us offshore, he claimed 4 hours isn’t enough time.  We fished inland, caught a few fish no bigger than my hand.  The kids were good sports about it and made the best of it, even while Matt was peeing off the side of the boat, but this certainly wasn’t what we signed up for and wasn’t what we expected.  I was very disappointed.
