Front moved in and dropped the temp to low fifties. Water temp dropped 3 degrees and had a extreme low tide.  Started out at slack tide, Captain was able to see fish from his tower but they weren’t biting. As soon as the current started moving we were able to hook 4 Snook and a red.  Captain was great and determined to put us on some fish.  Cold trip but we caught.

It was SUPER windy, but Bernie work hard to get us in some good spots to catch fish. Other captains probably would’ve cancelled so we were very happy to get on the water. Caught snook, red fish, and trout: Florida slam complete😊 Everyone caught something and had a great time!

Captain Bernie was very knowledgeable about the species and habitat fished. It was an honor to spend quality time with my wife on his vessel as we caught Snook and Speckled Trout. I would recommend all fisherman, especially those from the Midwest to come to St. Pete for the Captain Bernie Adventure. My wife and I had learned so much and it had made the highlight reel of our honeymoon.

What a great time today but the fishing was really slow. Bernie did his best and worked really hard to get us on some fish.  We did catch a couple of nice ones. A big snook and a huge redfish!!
