We could not have asked for a better trip for our first trip on lake Ontario for salmon with Chuck on the Boston Angler. He and Mike are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The trip started out fast and when it slowed they were working very hard to try to get us back on them. We only had one youngstwe who did not hookup, but he still had a great time seeing the rest and how it works. We will definitely be visiting Chuck on the Boston Angler again sometime soon. Great time ,caught some fish

What a great day fishing with captain Chuck and Dave. Very knowledgeable of the fishing area and got us on the fish. Overall Very good experience and will be back next year refill my cooler.

Both men were highly personable and friendly. This is really important when the fishing is slow. The fishing was slow most of the day with high temps in the low 90’s and nearly no wind until 5PM. The captain and mate ensure that we limited on Lake Trout (2 each) while waiting for Salmon or Steelhead to become active. Unfortunately, we never got a chance on Salmon or Steelhead. Jerry did a great job processing the Lake Trout and it makes an excellent ceviche.

Slightly rough waters but left with a couple good salmon. Captain and crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Had four kids on board and there was plenty of room for everyone.
