  Being an avid angler from Florida and traveling 30hrs to the Maldives for our honeymoon I had high hopes and expectations. Mubeen was very professional and responsive from day one! Faced with a couple tough fishing days these guys went above and beyond to get us on the fish! My wife loved the boat the equipment was top knotch the crew is a great bunch of guys and overall great experience! I hope to have the opportunity to fish with these guys again!

  Captain Abdul and the Silent Hunter crew are absolutely dedicated to giving you the experience you are looking for. Days before the trip they were communicating with me to figure out what kind of experience we were looking for. As an avid angler, I wanted to have the ultimate fishing experience that was active (not chasing tuna or marlin for hours). We deep water jigged for most the day and when the weather changed we adapted to casting into the reef for GTs. The crew were tirelessly working to help us get on the big fish we were after. I hooked into a Goliath grouper which tragically ended in a broken line after a long insane fight! We also went out a second day to fish some more and also swim with the sharks at Vaavu atol. These guys are locals and truly know the area and what they are doing. They are super friendly, funny, and just great to hang with too. We’d spend all day with these guys even without the fishing. :) And yes they speak English, so no communication issues at all. Don’t book a trip through your hotel. Book Silent hunter. It’s way cheaper and the experience will be unforgettable. (Just make sure your hotel allows for 3rd party boats to dock on the island and insist on it if they resist). Thank you Silent Hunter for making our trip even better!

  Special 10 hour trip for Magnus Flodmark on April 17, 2022 • 2 adults

  Me and my brother had an amazing experience on board a nice boat with a friendly, knowledgeable and happy crew. We tried many different techniques and caught a lot of fish guided by the crew. We caught big wahoos and GTs and two species of tuna. Captain and his crew took us to many different spots and also showed us the beauty of the maldivian marin life. We were lucky to see turtles, mantarays and dolphins. Captain and his crew are very proffesional and also very inviting and really make you feel like you are out fishing with your friends. Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing experiense, until next time!

  The crew went out their way to go the extra mile for us.....we caught two GT'S on popping and jigging. Lost a very big GT, bent the hook straight!! Excellent guide, excellent skipper!!
