Our fishing trip started on time in the absolute perfect boat for the area. Our Captain Toby knew the area very well and he was even better at putting us on fish. The trip went exactly as we hoped it would. All in the boat caught the fish we were looking for, big Reds and big Black Drum. I only wished we could have booked another day on the water with Toby but, our plans would not allow. Toby cleaned our catch and we enjoyed all we could eat the same night. We truly picked the perfect captain for our perfect day on the water. We were easily the boat of the day.

I went out for a 7 hour trip with Captain got on some nice trout early. Would have limited outn Toby in the mid August.

We started at 6:30 and got onto some pretty steady trout action early on. Would have limited out at the first stop if it hadn’t been for a porpoise that stole a really nice trout off my line when it was about 6’ from the boat as the Captain prepared to net it.

Moved to second spot, and then did limit out on trout.so we moved to targeting Reds.

While targeting redfish, we caught quite a few, keeping 3 and releasing the rest. Also caught a few more trout that we caught & released,
including one 23”.

Really had a good time and will definitely look to go out with Captain Toby again.

Wife and i had a great day at Rockport with Captain Toby .  Limited out on drum, some were real fighters.  We’re already planning our next trip with him.

Great day fishing with Jellybean ! Was able to put 3 Nice redfish and 4 trout in the box , with a fatty 24” trout . Very knowledgeable Guide and worked hard to get the box filled while the bite was a little slow for most in the bay we had a good day . Fished Live bait and cut bait targeting trout/redfish . Highly recommend!!

Fishing was slow due to the weather. Captain Smith really worked at finding where they were located and biting.
