Captain David is safety first fun second. He is honest with his customers about weather forecasts and made sure we all had a great time. The day we were supposed to go out turned out to be a poor weather day and he contacted us to see if we wanted to go out the day before. He explained the concepts of fishing on Lake Erie very well and guided us every step of the way. All three of us were able to catch our limit plus a few others. Captain David was great. The conditions weren’t great, water was muddy from the day before, so he took us a lot further east to better water. We caught our limit and loved our time with David. I especially appreciated his communication before our trip. David took care of everything! As he was putting the gear away before we headed back I commented that the banana i had earlier didn’t sit well with the swells we had. That’s when he told us that bananas on boats are bad luck, a superstition... More
