Half Day Trip (AM)3 adults

Capt Ryan and his Mate were fantastic, but as he had already explained the day before..."The fish just may not be cooperating.".....which for the most part they were not. We caught 2 Spanish Mackerel, one Bonito and one Shark. But as they say, "Even a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work." (LOL) And that's why they call it "Fishing" and not "Catching". The boat is old and in need of some upkeep and fishing tackle (rods and reels) is okay but has seen better days. Things were definitely in better shape 11 years ago when we went out with The Fugitive and Capt. Ryan. All in all, it was still a very relaxing day and well worth the experience.

    Slow Day

    Captain Ron and first mate TJ were great. It was a very slow day, only hauled in three fish and one shark but they kept trying and circling to try to find them while communicating with other boats who were experiencing similar problems. Very knowledgeable of the history of the area and coastal geography and even though we had four restless kids with not a lot of fish, it was still a great experience. Super friendly and accommodating.

    Went for fishing trip, ended as a catching trip

    This fishing trip could not have been better. We hauled in 40 Spanish mackerel and three small sharks. the captain and TJ were incredible and lots of fun to be around. We had a four-hour time slot and there were times where we were only sitting down for only a minute or two because we would have another pole active. I would not have changed a thing. Will be using them again next year when we come back.

    What a fun and successful fishing trip! Excitment right off the bat! Biggest mackerel we’ve ever caught or seen for that matter! Ryan and TJ kept us laughing and both worked really hard to get us on the fish. We walked away with a nice, plump bag of fish filets and happy teenagers so definitely a win, in my book. Highly recommend and we’ll be back soon!

    Great trip with a great crew!

    We caught a bunch of Spanish mackerel, a hammerhead shark, and a needlefish! The captain and mate were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We had a great time! They were both so nice and personable—they joked and laughed with us, but also made sure we were safe throughout the entire trip.
