We opted for a 6 hour trolling trip and had a great time. Caught 6 Mahi-mahi and a Barracuda. They provided cold beer, water, Cokes, Sprites and sandwiches for lunch. Both captain and guide spoke enough English to communicate without issues.

Word of warning, we were on the Atlantic side and it was rough, 6’ to 10’ swells. Never felt unsafe but sea sick patches and Dramamine are a must. 

We took some of the fish back to the resort and they cooked it for us and gave the rest to the crew. We will defiantly do this again and would also work in some deep sea fishing.
