Captain Tim haves us a enjoyable day out on the water, caught some fish and saw a lot more, he put us where the fish were but sometimes they just won’t bite, he definitely did everything in his power to put us on fish, great guy, we will definitely be planning another trip with him in the near future for sharks!

Although the fish were hiding ( for all the boats) Captain Tim kept us all laughing and First Mate Don also provided great information about the marine life in Emerald Isle. He made sure my grandsons were busy and entertained and when the youngest caught a shark it made the day!  Highly recommend a day with Pirate’s Life for me!

Had a great day with Captain Tim! Started by plugging for trout reds and blues, spent the heat of the day under the bridge after sheepshead and drum…finished the day after more blues, reds and specks! Wonderful time spent on the water!  Thank you Tim for your valuable time and teaching, knowledge
and humor.

To start off, Captain Tim is very professional and courteous. All of his equipment is up to date and very clean. The morning started off cool and little overcast, which as the day progressed the sun started to peek through. Captain Tims new boat got us to the fishing spots very quick, which we enjoyed the fast rides, but enjoyed the fishing much more. Our 3 kids joined us on our fishing adventure, Captain Tim being a father himself was extremely patient and thorough in his teachings to help the kids catching fish. When your an out-of-towner, looking for a fishing trip to plan without guidance, and having phenomenal reviews made it an easy choice for us. We are really glad we chose Pirates Life 4 Us Fishing Charters.

Captain Tim was a lot of fun and very good teacher.  By the end of the day my 15 year old son and I were better fisherman than when we started.

We got a lot of bites early, but couldn’t bring many in.  We flew across the sound trying a ton of great spots.  Our fishing skills improved a lot throughout the day.  If we did it all over with what we learned I bet we would have brought in a lot more fish.

Captain Tim’s boat was amazing, very fast and well equipped.  Tim knew the waters well, I bet he could plane through the channel’s blindfolded.

Captain Tim is a character and a lot of fun to be around.  We enjoyed the trip and look forward to using our upgraded fishing skills with him again very soon.
