The weather was less than ideal. Seas were 3-4 feet with winds 10-15 Mph. Made fishing difficult but not captain Craig’s fault. Caught no walleye and only 4 perch with 4 rods out. Not enough for a meal. IMHO, captain kept us on nonproductive sites way too long rather than moving around in hopes of finding the fish. A good captain knows if you don’t get even a nibble in 15 minutes, it’s time to move. Based on the reviews I read, I was very disappointed in the lack effort by Craig. Nice enough guy just a waste of time and money with him.

My son Darren and I had a wonderful, mid-day walleye fishing adventure with Reel King Charters in mid-July, thanks to Captain Craig.  He carefully asked us what we wanted to do (troll for walleye), taught us what we needed to do, carefully evaluated our abilities and provided help where necessary.  Darren was young and needed minimal help while I am older and needed more assistance.  Result was great.  We had a time that maximized our hands on experience while catching our limit of walleyes in less than the 4 hours.  Craig was pleasance, conversive, communicate and very helpful…..but it didn’t stop there!  I left my special had hanging on a post at the dock at the end of the day.  He found it, and I picked it up the next day.  Thank you Craig!

Of equal importance, I have age-related issues that caused me difficulty with managing the digital booking of the charter.  Captain Craig did a great job of leading me through that process.  With his help, this wonderful day came to be!  Thank you again!

Had a Blast, Got to enjoy the evening doing something the boys and I Love, Thank you Captain Craig for the experience, I appreciate you having patience with a couple outta towners, who had No clue what they were doing, your performance was Flawless in my opinion, would recommend y’all to anyone!
