Captain Davy Jones is easily one of the best Charter Captains I have encountered. He was courteous, attentive, amicable, and had a very amenable demeanor. He was willing to move to a different spot whenever the fish stopped biting (at least 4 times on a 4-5 hour trip). He didn’t rush us or make it seem like we were just customers. He engaged with our party of 4, and he was extremely helpful with our teenager and gave him pointers to better his knowledge and made his fishing experience enjoyable. He gave us tips to better enhance our ability to catch fish. So yes, I would recommend this captain for a fulfilling adventure.

Our captain Dave met us at the dock at 8am. He had asked us what we were hoping to catch. He took us to the best spots. He helped those of us who were not fisherman to cast and made it very enjoyable. We caught quite a bit. Some keepers and some throwbacks but overall a wonderful fun day. Now to eat our fish that he fileted for us. I highly recommend Davy Jones fishing.

Our trip felt like we were fishing with someone we have known for some time.  He made us feel right at home on his boat, we swapped fishing stories throughout the day.  We caught plenty of fish, taking home exact what we needed which was an excellent tasting fish to share.  We will definitely rebook the next time we are here.

We had an amazing time with Davy Jones today.  He took us to many different spots, taught us things we didn’t know and we had a blast catching different types of fish.  Plus, we went home with dinner!  Couldn’t of asked for a better Captain nor day! Highly recommend!
