We had a fabulous afternoon inshore trip with Capt. Chadwick. He taught several tips and tricks on fishing techniques, as well as provided commentary on a variety of interesting local topics. We fished in several areas with different bait types, fishing styles, and intended catches. Capt. Chadwick was very patient and thorough in working with our kids (ages 8 & 17) to help them get the best opportunities to catch fish. He even brought up a cannonball jellyfish for our younger daughter to check out. It was a very neat creature! Overall, a great time was had by everyone. Would definitely book again when visiting this area.

I’ve been out with a LOT of guides.  Chadwick provided by far the best experience I’ve ever had.  He was absolutely fantastic with 3 kids on the boat.  Joked and had fun with them.  Answered a million questions…all with a smile.  Most importantly he was kind when they made mistakes..
When things didn’t work we moved on to the next spot, next fish, next technique.  Didn’t force things that weren’t working like so many guides out there.  We caught False albacore and put several in the boat, everyone getting to land at least one.  We won’t be using anyone else in the future.

We had a great trip with captain Chadwick. Once we arrived the captain asked us if we wanted to catch fish to take home and eat, or if we wanted to catch and release. We said we’d like to do a little of both and that’s exactly what he did for us. We trolled and caught 9-10 spanish mackerel. Then we went out a couple of miles and did some bottom fishing. We caught some shark, flounder, sea bass, a blowfish and a couple of other species I didn’t know the names to. This was a great experience and I highly recommend captain Chadwick!

Great half day trip with Captain Chadwick.  He put us on fish right out of the gate. Patient and explained what we needed to know to catch reds at each stop.  Highly recommend this trip and Captain for anyone looking for an opportunity to catch redfish in the pristine marshes of Topsail, NC.

Took the 7 year old twins (boy and girl) out fishing for a half day. The Capt. was absolutely great with the kids answering their 100 questions and teaching the boy how to cast. He took us to some great spots and shared some knowledge with us. The equipment he provided was top notch and there was enough for 4 people.
The kids had a fantastic time, my so caught fish and I got shutout. Great trip, would recommend him to anyone looking for an inshore trip
