We had a great time out on the water fishing… and catching!  Captain Tom was very helpful in providing recommendations for the location and duration of the trip prior to booking.  Our skill levels ranged from complete novice to fairly experienced and Captain Tom met all of us where we were in learning about catching Walleye.  He was very personable, friendly, and encouraging.  The boat was clean and safe as was the equipment.  I would recommend bringing hand sanitizer, I usually carry it and somehow forgot it!
The weather leading up to our trip left the water cloudy and difficult for the fish to see our bait, but despite that we still caught 15 Walleye and 2 White Bass!  Though we didn’t hit our Walleye limit (24), the most experienced fisherman in our group said that was still better than other trips he’s been on in other popular fishing sites.
Walleye for dinner that evening was fantastic!  And the White Bass are VERY tasty too!
We had a great time with Captain Tom and would definitely book with him again.  Do call him if you are unsure which Charter is best for you, he’s very kind and approachable and wants everyone to have a good time and of course catch fish!

On our way off the boat, my teenage son said “well that exceeded my expectations”, if you can impress teenagers for 4 hours you did a great job! We caught 30 plus fish, we were on the walleye within 30 minutes of stepping on the boat. Tom and Steve are great guys, we will be back very soon! A+ in our book, thank you for the memories! Great day in not the best condition nor prime of the year and Captain Tom and first mate still put us on them and in the boat.  Guys know what they are doing, seasoned anglers and humble enough to know they can’t quit their day jobs to do stand up comedy with just fishing jokes

We had a party of four on an 4 hour trip and we all caught our limit of Walleye. Captain Tom and First Mate Steve did an excellent job and knew exactly where to go to catch fish. They were well organized, informative and entertaining!  I highly recommend this charter service, they’re excellent!!
