I hope the site removes this as we have a negative review due to this person’s false accusations. We always want any criticism when valid.
The individual that booked the trip was rude to our Captain and deckhand from the start, beginning with complaining about where life jackets are stored (in the floor directly behind the helm in a very accessible area). After that, he proceeded to get upset because he wanted to catch marlin and swordfish, on a four hour trip. He knew from the very beginning that we are a state water boat. Also, if he would have responded with what he wanted to catch in the text the day before, we would have told him that would not be a possibility and would have offered to cancel the trip with a full refund.
At this point he told my Captain that “he could buy a dozen of my boats and my captain if he wanted”. This just continued until the trip ended.
After the trip, we reported his negative post to the booking site only to receive a text from him calling us inappropriate names among other things.

I do not see how a brand new $400,000 boat with almost every available safety and luxury feature offered received 1 star. It does not make sense.
I hope that anyone reading his review takes it with a grain of salt is it is not a fair and accurate depiction of our operation.
