Booked online, communication was great!! Transport was on time. Captain and crew , Julio and jorge were awesome as they let me actually do fishing not just catching. Ended up with a sailfish, 3 barracuda, a Bonita and one other fish I wasn’t familiar with, maybe a jack

Highly recommend to have Chac Chi arrange for transfers since we had two groups from 2 different properties that had taxis that couldn’t find the marina which made all of us late (couldn’t axis map without Wi-Fi).  Expecting to have our trip cut short, we were out for the full 6 hours.  Not ideal conditions due to rough seas we still landed 6 nice dolphins.  Crew was awesome.

Friendly crew. They worked hard and got us on the fish! Enjoyed the day. My son said it was the best day ever!

One of the best days fishing ever

I had booked the Beluga for a 3/4 day with 6 buddies while we were visiting in Cancun. 4 of the guys are not fisherman but wanted to go while in Cancun.
First the shuttle set up through the marina was a 1/2 hour late, which we are ok with, We know Sh*t happens. I put a deposit on the Beluga and when I arrived at the dock they switched boats to the Ostra. I was expecting it to go down like that because I have fished a lot in Mexico and had read another review that it just happened to another customer. This is not cool. I had been in communication with someone days prior to the trip and this was never brought up. Since we were already there we agreed to go on the Ostra. I will say the crew was awesome and made up for the owner of the boat and his attitude. While we were on our way to the fishing grounds we lost one of the motors and the seas where rough. The deck hand asked if we wanted to go back but we decided to just add 2 hours to the trip to make up for the slower boat. If it was not for the crew I would give this trip a 1 1/2 star but they worked very hard to make up for the mishaps. Also the bait tank ( trash can with a hose ) failed.
I have used Fishing Booker several times and have always been satisfied but this was not good, I would recommend dropping these boats from your list.
