4 hour trip
First was disappointing to learn after I arrived at the dock that the 6 hour trip was cancelled due to not having 15 people signed up to go. I understand why- but I should have been notified that the 6 hour trip was cancelled so I wouldn’t make an unnecessary trip there. I was offered the 4 hour afternoon trip which caused us to change our plans for the day. Then to only learn that the “catch” is divided among all the 56 people on board-
We tried several times to contact you on the phone and even called Fishing Booker. The phone number you gave us was a bad number. My secretary tried 3 or 4 times and I, Captain George Pfeiffer, called personally myself. So, if you didn't get notified of the change it was because you didn't provide the correct information for us to meet your needs. All of our six hour trips are given the choice of keeping their fish separate if they want to but on the four hour trip where clearly the majority of the crowd has never done this before nor has any knowledge of the use of a fishing rod or how to fish it is totally unfair to let one individual or a small group of "EXPERT" fishermen catch most of the fish and then carry all of them home. In order to be fair to all aboard, we clean the fish and split them up evenly amongst everyone on the boat "IF" they even want fish. As a matter of fact, I asked you and every one on the boat today and every four hour trip "Is this good with every body? Does any body have any objections or any other ways they want to do it? Speak now or forever hold your tongue". YOU, sir didn't speak up today but you sure want to try to slam me now when nobody else can see or hear you on the boat. That isn't fair either. I would have gladly made other arrangements for you specifically had you said something when I asked. Our goal is to please every body. Every one else had a GREAT time today. Sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. Feel free to try another fishing company next time.
