He has kids himself so he was patient and good with my son the whole trip, never rushed or short with him. On top of all that we caught some really nice redfish. Would book with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone looking for a relaxed, family-friendly day on the water.

2 Hour Inshore - 2 PM • 4 adults • 2 childrenWe had a great time out on the boat for a couple hours. Caught some sharks and a sting ray. Our boys, 12 and 6, had so much fun. There’s no pressure to do anything more than you want to do with the actual fishing. I’m sure if we had asked we could have been more involved, but we really just wanted our kids to be exposed to something new and learn about fishing. We learned a lot and it’s approachable for anyone to go out. We will do it again if we make it back to Hilton Head in the future!

Captain Donovan stayed engaged with my son and kept him entertained and on the fish! A 3 hour trip was just the right amount of time for both of us.
