Merci encore à Elsa et à Bryan le capitaine pour ces 4 jours de pêches fabuleux Des thons, des carangues, des mérous au programme et pour finir un beau marlin bleu d’environ 400 lbs Je repars avec pleins de souvenirs Bryan est un super capitaine qui connaît son sujet, il va faire tout son possible jusqu’au dernier moment pour pêcher du poisson encore et encore. Il m’a beaucoup conseiller et ma montrer beaucoup de choses pour mes combats Merci merci merci

    Bryan, our captain, took fantastic care of us. Not only did he find the fish, but he treated us with exceptional hospitality- repeatedly checking if we needed drinks, snacks, and food. He helped us find the fish, catch the fish, and he cleaned the fish as well. I have done many fishing charters and this was the most seamless experience I have had. I got to enjoy fishing without stressing about anything else at all. Bryan took care of everything. 10/10 experience. If I find myself back in Costa Rica, there is no question I will book this charter again.

    Fish of dreams

    Half Day Trip – Inshore (AM) • 4 adults

    I came to Costa Rica to catch a fish of my dreams for the last thirty years. Living in South Africa has made this trip impossible until my retirement last year. It takes three days travel to get here, but boy was it worth it. The crews were fantastic, they pulled out all the stops and then every other trick you never saw or heard of. Our group consisted of myself my wife, my sister and my brother in law. We fished two trips and caught fish on both days. The trip could not have been any better in any way.

    Half Day Trip – Inshore (AM) • 2 adults

    Great half day trip out of Drake Bay. The captain knew his stuff and put us on to a bunch of Rooster. Good fighting fish. Worth it in my opinion.

    30 YEAR DREAM

    I have dreamt of catching a Rooster fish for thirty years. coming from South Africa this was quite an undertaking buy well worth the effort. The crew was fantastic and quickly put us onto the fish.

    Not the best, not the worst. 3.5 Stars. Great fishing tackle on the boat, no need to bring your own stuff from home on the trip. slight language barrier and poor communications from the captain when to cast and provide instructions. My wife who fishes with me a lot was not treated appropriately for her skills and the captain was making casts instead of handing the rod to her to make casts. I think its an OK price for the area, but would not recommend fishing out of Drake Bay, other locations are better for fishing. other notes- no dock on drake bay so you need to enter through the water to the boat. boat leaves at 7 am which is late to me. i believe this is because the gas truck comes at 5 am so it hinders the time to get to spots before the sun comes up lack if shade on the boat- dont recommend for more than two people due to space. would not recommend for younger kids.
