Fishing/Freezing with Joseph

Half Day Float Trip – Toccoa River2 adults

We were so cold! Who knew it would be so cold when booking in June from Florida! But Joseph was great! He expertly moved our craft in the chilly water’s & regaled us w/lots of stories about the area & we caught a couple rainbow trouts even though the conditions were far from perfect! Would not hesitate to go again (warmer weather!) with Joseph!

    Captain Joe took my son and I out on the Toccoa River for a trout fishing trip we won’t forget. From the start, he made everything easy and enjoyable. Joe is super patient, and clearly knows the river inside and out. We caught fish, learned a ton about trout fishing and had a great time doing it. He shared tips and techniques that actually made a difference, and he was especially great with my son, making sure he stayed engaged and had fun the whole trip. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable guide who knows how to put you on fish and create a memorable experience, Captain Joe is the one to call. Highly recommend!

    Two of us went on a 1/2 day trip with Joseph and it was awesome! He showed us some great spots and we learned a lot. We are absolute beginners but with the guide’s help we were able to catch some fish for the first time!

    Fishing with Joe was great. He helped each of us catch fish, roll cast, and untangled up when we messed up. We will definitely be back for more instruction. I’m sure with more experience we would catch even more.

    Not only did my daughter catch 15 to 20 fish it was overall a great time. Joe was so much fun and extremely knowledgeable. Beautiful scenery was an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

    Great father and son trip!

    Joe has a great ability to teach others how to trout fish. He’s very knowledgeable. He knew just the right places to go so that we would catch our fish. He taught my son how to clean the fish.
