Terrific Day on the Bay

Half Day live bait trip4 adults

Our fishing trip kept us occupied throughout our tour. Ryan McCain was dedicated and made sure to keep us on as much fish as possible to keep us busy. We caught multiple fish, some keepers and many catch and release. Ryan was patient and helpful and work hard and diligent to find fish for us. He cleaned and filleted our fish to enjoy later. We would recommend Ryan and would definitely use him again.

    Great day with Capt. Ryan and the family

    Full Day live bait trip • 4 adults

    We had family visiting from out of town and decided a day in the water would be a wonderful shared experience. Despite less than ideal conditions, Captain Ryan of McCain’s Shallow Water Experiences persevered putting us on multiple schools of fish. The result: a great day with the family and some beautiful redfish, drum, and speckled trout that will not only make for great stiries but several wonderful dinners. Thanks Capt. Ryan!

    Great First Experience with a Guide

    Capt. Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly were the fish were biting. We limited out on Blackdrum and Speckled Trout. We had a blast would definitely recommend him and book with him again the next time we are in town.

    As soon as we arrived at the dock, Ryan welcomed us like we had known him forever. He has a very nice boat with a smooth, comfortable ride, and he was professional throughout the entire trip. He really knows the best fishing spots — we ended up catching 13 fish, including redfish and speckled trout, ranging from 22 to 28 inches long. Overall, it was a great experience!

    Wonderful Family Experience

    I took my son & grandson's out the morning after July 4th 2026 & had a wonderful experience. We caught black drum and had fantastic tasting fresh fish that evening.

    Captain McCain is great. We had an amazing time fishing with him. He’s patient and very knowledgeable of the area and almost guarantees you will catch fish. We love the experience and will continue going with him. We recommend him to anyone that wants to have fun and catch fish.
