Clean boat and professional crew

This is the second time we have been on the La Princesa, and as before, the boat was very clean, in good shape and the captain and crew were friendly and professional. Captain showed up on time and the trip was the full 6 hours. We dropped down from 8 to 5 people and the captain was very nice and allowed us the change. The fishing was slow that day, which can happen, but we did catch fish (but not close to what we caught on our previous trip). The only improvement I might suggest is that would have been nice if we could have moved around a bit more, rather than staying in the same spot when fishing wasn't very good. Even so, it was a great trip, everyone caught fish and they all had a good time.

    Our fishing trip with Captain Francisco was nothing short of incredible from start to finish! He made the entire experience seamless with his stellar communication and helpful attitude, ensuring everyone on board felt comfortable and ready to reel in a big one. Francisco clearly knows these waters inside and out, guiding us to several distinct fishing spots throughout the day so we could target a wide variety of species. Thanks to his expert guidance, enthusiasm, and top-tier hospitality, we walked away with unforgettable memories and amazing fish! I will 100% be fishing with La Princesa Fishing Trips again.

    Looking for the big ones

    6 Hour Trip • 3 adults

    Today was a beautiful day to be on the water. We fished a reef that he had caught a 70 lb Grouper on the day before. Fishing was slow because we were fishing for quality and not quantity. No Grouper on the first stop but caught several very large Corvina (sea trout), some smaller bait fish, and a couple nice Pargo (snapper). Our second move produced a couple Pargo and small bait fish. Our third stop produced a couple Pargo, one Grouper about 20 lbs, and missed two very good Grouper bites. We had a great day fishing with Francisco and his son Aldo. I would recommend a trip on the Princesa to anyone wanting to enjoy a day of fishing while in Puerto Penasco. Good captain, nice boat , and a good time.

    Heavy seas!

    According to the weather report we were supposed to have a great day on the water. I guess Mother Nature didn't read the forecast. We only traveled about 4 miles due to the increasing breeze and waves. Fishing was pretty slow and Captain Francisco moved a few times, trying to find some active fish. We finally found a spot the Sea Trout were actively feeding. We decided to head in a little early due to the wind and rough sea. Captain Francisco and the Princesa got us back safely through some large white capped waves. We were never in any danger or concerns with Captain Francisco at the helm. I would recommend a fishing trip with Captain Francisco any time you are in the Rocky Point area.

    Amazing trip!

    Our group of 5 caught over 80 fish! We caught a shark, several snapper, trigger fish, and sea trout among others. Captain Francisco was awesome as was his first mate. Great for both family and adults. All fishing equipment was provided. First mate and captain helped with fishing techniques. The boat was comfortable and covered for shade. Eight chairs provided everyone with space to sit and fish. Fish was fileted and bagged by the crew. I would absolutely do another trip with Francisco!

    Had an amazing experience on this fishing charter! The captain was extremely attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. He spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and enjoyable. His knowledge of the area and dedication to providing a great experience really stood out. I highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a fun and memorable day on the water. We will definitely be back!
