Captain Chris was very good with communication. He reached out several times before the scheduled trip. Weather was an issue and he wanted the best experience for me. He suggested delaying the trip one day for the water to calm. The boat was stocked with everything needed. The crewman (Dustin) went out of his way to make fishing pleasant. Gulfport had recently had tons of rain fall. Captain Chris tried everything to find fish but they just weren’t biting. Certainly not for a lack of effort. Even the other charters struck out. I would like to try again when the weather levels out and would absolutely rebook with Dailey Charters!

Captain Chris did an outstanding job of communicating with me before, during, and after our excursion. His insight taught me what fishing guides are looking for when searching out the spots to set anchor & cast lines. I’m just a “tourist,” not a super serious fisherman, but Captain Chris’s deep knowledge and consistent communication made me want to get back out on the water as soon as I can. My teenage son & I reeled in a great catch and after the first mate cleaned & bagged them, we had an awesome lunch at the restaurant our Dailey Charters crew recommended to prepare our fish. We made summer vacation memories today that we’ll likely never forget. Many thanks to Dailey Charters. I hope we find ourselves in Gulfport, MS again soon so we can go fishing with them again. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I went deep-sea fishing for the first time with Dailey Charters, and it was such an awesome experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect as a first-timer, but the crew made everything easy, fun, and exciting from the moment we stepped on board.

They were super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—helping us feel comfortable and confident the whole time. The boat was clean and well-equipped, and even though the weather wasn’t perfect, the captain made the best of it and kept the good vibes going.

I caught some fish, learned a ton, and made memories I won’t forget. If you’re thinking about booking with Dailey Charters, do it—you won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to going again!

We had an incredible time fishing with Dailey Charters in Gulfport, MS. My son and I caught four redfish, two jack crevalle, and two mackerel—plenty of action the whole trip! Captain Chris and deckhand Dustin were outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience a lot of fun. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful and memorable outing. Highly recommend Dailey Charters for anyone looking for a top-notch fishing adventure!

Captain Chris and his deck hand Christopher were great! Super helpful and fun to be around. Even with a cold front coming in and the fish slowing down they still managed to get us on plenty of fish! Would recommend them to anyone and will certainly return!
