Mother Nature was definitely working against us during this trip. From being sick (both sick and seasick lol), the weather getting bad, rough sea’s and the bite being tough; Captain Q and Q were professional, courteous and worked their butts off for us this trip. We will definitely book another trip in the future and 100% recommend Southern Strike for anyone looking to catch some fish and have a a good time!

This was my first time ever on the ocean, and my group had a blast constantly catching vermilion snapper and some red snapper. Would definitely go again and couldn’t recommend enough. Q was an amazing captain.

Another great trip with Captain Q! He is is so great with children. He is very knowledgeable and always has a back up plan if fish aren’t biting. We caught alot of fish, mainly Vermillion, trigger fish, along with other species. We got to interact with alot of dolphins as well which was great for the kids. highly recommend Southern Strike and Captain Q.

Had an amazing fishing experience with Southern Strike.  Captain Q is the real deal - his deep knowledge of fishing, weather patterns, and the local water made a difference.  He is incredibly patient and generous with his expertise, making sure everyone was confident and had a good time.  Whether you are a seasoned angler or first timer, you are in good hands with Captain Q.  Highly recommend.

We did the night inshore fishing trip. It was myself and my kids. Captain Q was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know. He was great with my kids and taught them the right way to catch the fish. I didn’t catch her name but his first mate was great also with us. They were very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be back next year.
