Nearshore trips are contingent on weather, the captain will advise if the weather permits a nearshore trip; if not, we will make accommodations to inshore fish or reschedule if possible. *Please note departure times may vary slightly depending on scheduling and tides. You want dinner, you want bigger fish then this is the trip. Good consistent action, if you want to catch/keep a lot of fish with the most variety. Fish live bottom areas in 60’-180’. Depending on the time of year we may even troll for kings.I highly recommend keeping your group size to 4 people or less. Please talk to the captain regarding motion sickness if your concerned. We typically troll over the continental shelf or push offshore to the gulf stream. Temperature charters and currents are studied daily to determine our best areas to fish. Time of year also plays a big part.

Our nearshore trips offer bigger fish and better sight seeing. We bottom drop for blacksea bass, snapper, AJ’s, barracudas, grouper, and we also troll for king fish, and bonito certain parts of the year, typically the summer times.
