Sea Breeze Fishing & Adventures is a charter run by ocean lovers who enjoy every second on the water and adore the sea life. Join them on one of their trips and discover the gorgeous scenery, hidden beaches and nearshore reefs of Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Experience the rich local fishery and tailor your trip into an adventure you'll never forget.
Your boat for the trip will be a 26' century center console, powered by 2 new twin 150 HP yahama engines. She will provide you all the comfort and security you desire while also bringing you the fun you can expect on a day on the ocean. You won't have to sacrifice comfort on this trip since the boat features a toilet, comfortable seating, and some much-needed shade under the hot sun of Costa Rica. Also on board are all the modern electronics for safety as well as a fish finder, GPS, VHF, and music radio.
In addition to being well equipped with Shimano and Penn gear for sport fishing, the vessel also features a set of outriggers for those of you who are excited about a great trolling session. The charter can accommodate up to 3 or 4 anglers. If you'd like to take a break from the fishing, you'll also have snorkeling equipment available to cool off on those particularly hot days.
Things you should pack are sunscreen, towels, and a camera. Snacks and drinks are provided on the half-day trips, while the 3/4-day and the full-day trip even include lunch. You'll also need to get a fishing license prior to departure, but this can easily be accomplished online.
Now, all you have to do is find an opening in the captain's calendar, book a trip that suits you the most and start getting excited for your adventure on the Pacific.

This trip was nothing short of exceptional. I took my two sons out for a full day charter, and it was an all around awesome trip! We couldnt have asked for a better crew in Noah and Darcy as they were great hosts and made the trip incredibly kid friendly, making sure my boys were safe, involved, use proper technique, fed ;) and of course ensuring they had a blast the entire time. They delivered exactly what we asked for as we caught everything from Mahi Mahi and Tuna to a even a Sailfish. It was a great, unforgettable experience for myself and my sons. I highly recommend this charter to any parent looking for a top tier family fishing trip, you wont be disappointed!

We had an absolutely amazing trip on this charter! Captain Noah and his deckhand were fantastic, working tirelessly from start to finish to ensure we were on the fish and having a great time. The boat setup was excellent, with plenty of shade and comfortable lounge areas to relax in. They took great care of us throughout the day, serving fresh pineapple and offering sandwiches for lunch. Noah was a phenomenal captain. Not only did we catch great fish, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable, educating us about our catch and the other marine life we saw out there. Such a fun experience from a truly hardworking crew. Highly recommend booking with Sea Breeze and Captain Noah!

Wow, what a great day! Four (three adult guys and an adult girl) of us went out for a 3/4 day trip on April 26, 2026. Captain Noah and his deckhand Max did an excellent job of getting us on fish. Amazingly we caught 3 100lb sailfish trolling. Each of the boys on the trip got to reel one in as we watched them dance upon the water fighting them. We also trolled in 4 Skip Jack Tunas. The bottom fishing (sometimes on the reef at around 120ft and sometimes at 350ft) netted us some Snowy Grouper, some Sunbass, a good sized Conglio, a long tail sea bass, some Tile fish and some Scorpion fish for a total around 22 fish. All of this not more than 5 miles off shore. Lunch, beer and water was provided! It was a highlight of our Costa Rica trip and I would definitely go out with this team again! My family and I booked two trips on two separate days with Sea Beeze. On the first day, Noah and Max quickly found us fish, hooking us up with doubles with Tuna! We caught fish throughout the day, even though the winds made it challenging at times, including Skipjack Tuna and Jacks. They were wonderful with our son Matthew, who is a young adult with some developmental disabilities. Three days later, I had the chance to go out (solo) with Capt. Julien. Again, we found Tuna very quickly in the morning, boating several Yellowfin, Skipjack, and White Tuna. By 8am, we headed out trolling for Sailfish. Around 10am, we hooked up with a sailfish, and then a second one, immediately. Doubles!! We got the first one boatside, took a photo, then repeated. I will never forget the experience of hooking into my first sailfish, watching it jump completely out of the water at a distance that appeared to be miles away! We ended the day, chasing schools of Tuna, catching one on my last drop before heading in. I highly recommend booking with Sea Breeze, whether you group is experienced or newer to fishing and looking for an enjoyable day on the water!

We caught fish all day on our 3/4 day trip. Captain Noah and his mate, Max were fantastic. Good communicaiton before the trip, and they were great on the boat. Noah worked hard all day to put us on fish. We used EZJigz Poppers for amberjacks in the morning and caught about 10 in 2.5 hours. We fished the bottom for snapper and caught about the same number- plenty to take to a restaurant for them to cook up for dinner. We jigged at the end and caught a blue runner (we used this to troll on the way in) and a white tuna. Max fileted the snapper and tuna for us on the way in, and we have tuna tartar on our way back to shore. Very exciting day. Good gear - they had one "lighter" set of gear - was perfect for my teenager. Highly recommend Noah and SeaBreeze adventures.

Captain Noah has plenty of experience on sea. With his family, he worked on various boats and he spent the last 10 years working on boats in Tamarindo. In 2018, he and his girlfriend Darcy decided to start Sea Breeze Fishing & Adventures. Darcy is also the boat's first mate and speaks English, Spanish, and French. They're in love with the beautiful local nature, the variety of fish species and multiple types of fishing grounds available in the area and can't wait to share it all with you!
