This involves 5 to 8-hour all-inclusive trips, where you’ll be mainly fishing for Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Wahoo, Roosterfish, and Snapper, depending on the length of your trip and time of the year. You’ll be fishing from a 29’ Californian boat with enough room for up to 4 anglers. It also includes a toilet, ice box, and fighting chair. This fishing machine has everything you need for a day full of fishing!
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle, and the captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.
You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip. A first mate will be on board to help you with anything you need, and tips for good service are always appreciated. Full Day Trip – All Inclusive
Blue Marlin on blue tail II
Such an amazing trip landed a few days ago and allot of people talking about slow fishing conditions that was not a problem for our crew. First fish nice yellow fin 15 min in but what was a pleasant shock the next strike not even 20 min later was a 250 + lbs Blue Marlin jumping just like he knew it was show time that iconic blue marlin jump then the hour and a half fight back and forth captain following every movement perfectly to get us a nice picture along side the boat and a beautiful safe release. All equipment was in top working condition lunch and drinks well stocked and captain and first mate beyond amazing will be back.

8Hrs All Inclusive + Transfer
8 hr day of fishing in Cabo!
We left out at 6 am on a Sunday morning and heard the fishing had been good the days prior to our trip, so we super excited! First, the water was super choppy and rough so we didn’t need out very far. Our trip started out slow, with no action until about 4-5 hrs in. We found a hot spot, landing 3 smaller Mahi Mahi and two small Tuna. Our trip went dead after that, no more action the remainder of the day. The boat crew did their best to put us on fish, but the water was just super rough and less than enjoyable. All in all, it was a fun trip for our first time fishing in Cabo! I hope we have better luck next time!

Full Day Trip – All Inclusive
Quality over Quantity
We took 2 full day trips with the Blue Tail II crew, and while we didn’t catch a lot of fish, or a Marlin, we caught an awesome 8ft sailfish and an equally beautiful 5ft Mahi. We wanted to go after the big fish and were fine with less action and getting a couple big ones. Wish we got the marlin, but we had 4-5 chances and it got off the line. The crew was great both days. They changed lures and bait, navigated us to where the fish were, and kept trying different methods to get us fish. Very friendly. The rods and reels were all high quality and the boat was fine. It had a shaded seating area for us to get some protection from the elements, a toilet and a cabin. They provided cold drinks and lunch as well. I would definitely recommend Cabo Sportfishing Crew and the Blue Tail II.

Full Day Trip – All Inclusive
Amazing Day of Fishing
We met Alex and Juan first thing in the morning and and they listened to our preference for what we were looking for out of our fishing experience for the day and planned accordingly. We headed out to where the tuna were biting and quickly got into 3 and landed them all. A quick picture and release as they were small and then we continued to where they located the larger school. We had 3 tuna on at one point and with some quick work by Alex getting everyone situated we landed all 3. The day continued until the bite slowed with 11 tuna landed and 6 kept. On the trip back we continued to troll and the captain spotted a school of bait fish. They quickly got a live bait in the water after seeing Marlin circling and we hooked up and were able to land the 7ft Blue Marlin. It was a fantastic trip, the crew worked hard and we couldn’t be happier with their dedication to making it an unforgettable experience. We will 100% be back fishing with them again.

Amazing trip beyond just fishing
We had an amazing time. I would do it again tomorrow if I could. It was two adults and a 7 year old. They took the time to talk about the type of fish we could catch, bait, etc. It was nice they asked for our preference on type of fishing and also to let us know what other boats were catching (or not). We were hooked up on the first fish in under 20 mins and my son and I had the chance to sit side by side with two fish on at the same time. Amazing! We had a lot more action. They let my son drive the boat with the captain and when we headed back in had seals drop in to explore. The sites were amazing and the captain and first hand were great. I am not sure where you could get fishing, sight seeing, and such a fun experience in one spot. No question… book it! Eric

We met Alex and Juan first thing in the morning and and they listened to our preference for what we were looking for out of our fishing experience for the day and planned accordingly. We headed out to where the tuna were biting and quickly got into 3 and landed them all. A quick picture and release as they were small and then we continued to where they located the larger school.
