If you're ready to experience fishing in Saint Augustine, look no further than Everett's Adventure. Captain Justin is family-oriented and always happy to customize your trip to fit your needs.
You'll target species such as, Red Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon, Lane Snapper, Amberjack, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, and more, depending on the time of year. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Captain Justin fished the Florida Keys for 8 years catching everything from Snapper to Marlin, running about 350 charters a year. His best catch was his wife, Denise. Captain Justin and his wife moved to Flagler Beach in 2021, where their son Everett was born. Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard!
Everett's Adventure is a famous 23' SeaCraft that can accommodate up to 6 guests, and it's powered by a 250 HP Suzuki engine. The vessel carries all licenses, permits, and insurance required. Bottled water is provided on the trip. Remember to bring snacks for the journey. Your 15-20% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
Every day is a new adventure, not knowing who the customers are going to be, what fish are biting, or what you'll see out there on the ocean. Fish caught during the trip are yours to take home, so long as they're within the legal limit. Captain Justin can even clean your catch for you.

Had an awesome time with Everett’s Adventures and Captain Justin! The whole family had a blast. Justin was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made sure everyone was having a good time the entire trip. He was great with the whole family and made the experience fun from start to finish. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a fishing charter, I’d absolutely recommend Captain Justin and Everett’s Adventures. We’ll definitely be going out with him again!
We had an amazing time on our inshore fishing excursion! We caught Whiting, Black Sea Bass, Catfish, Black Drum, Soapfish, and had such a fun experience from start to finish. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He shared great tips, knew the area well, and truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. He went above and beyond trying to help my daughter catch a bonnethead shark. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better day on the water.
My son and I were meeting in St Augustine for a quick weekend and decided to go fishing. We booked with Everett's Adventure – St. Augustine. The Captain got back to us right away to determine what we were looking to do. On the day before the trip Captain Justin let us know what we might do better with a different type of trip so we went for it and caught lots of fish during the entire 8 hour trip. Captain, boat and fishing gear are top notch.
Captain Justin was an absolute blessing as we were here in St.Augustine during Hurricane season however my 9yr old son had been begging me for the past year to go “real” fishing because he wanted to eat what he caught. Due to the weather predicting rain and rough seas at around 9-10ft, it was nearly impossible to find a Captain beave enough to go out. Captain Justin was not only brave enough to navigate the weather but miraculously put us on fish. My son caught a huge 26” Red Fish as well as Black Drum & Whiting! My son was the happiest I’ve ever seen and incredibly proud of himself. Captain Justin was amazingly patient, nice & execellent at showing 3 kids (13yrs & 12yrs & 9yrs old) how CATCH not just “Fish” & somehow kept us out of the rain which was all around us! We had an incredible day overall and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you! When we return, Captain Justin will for sure be called for another fishing adventure.
Capt. Justin was amazing. The boat and equipment were great along with the captains knowledge of the area. He put us in some great spots to catch some fish. Our children are 13 and 9 and have been on numerous charters. They both said it was the best fishing charter yet!

Captain Justin Brunk was born in Baltimore, Maryland, where he grew up fishing and crabbing the Chesapeake Bay with his father and brother. Although he's held many construction jobs, including trucking, operating heavy equipment, logging, etc., his love for the water was always there, but no one ever told him it could be a career. He was working construction but wasn't happy, so he packed his bags and moved to the Florida Keys, towing a camper, not having a plan, and not knowing what was going to happen. when he landed his first job as a deckhand, he was as green as green could be in the charter industry. He started to make a name for himself, got his master captain's license, and started running charters out of the Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL. Now he's looking forward to showing you an adventure you'll cherish for a lifetime!
