The Adventure Fishing Trips is here to give you a personal experience on the wild waters of Cape Town.
Here you won’t be far from inshore waters, including some spots that only a local can show you. The name of the game around here is light tackle fishing, which is how you’ll get acquainted with these waters. You may also jig, spin or cast a popping cork for your catch. Dilan will provide rods and reels, as well as lures and live bait.
You’re likely to go after Kob, Snoek, Squid, or Yellowtail Amberjack in the saltwater and Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass, Carp, Catfish, and Tilapia in the freshwaters.
Dilan can take groups as large as 4 on this guided experience. You’ll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so be sure to dress for current weather conditions and bring only as much as you can carry.
Don’t hesitate to send Dilan a message below with any questions you have, including where to meet on the day of your trip.
Be sure to dress in layers and suitable footwear (if you aren’t sure what that means, just ask). It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and bottled water in any weather conditions.
Lunch and drinks and snacks will be provided. Children are welcome to come along.
Cape Town has a fish with your name on it – let The Adventure Fishing Trips help you catch it!
