CoHooker Charters
CoHooker Charters is your ticket to the stunning waters of Holland. With our Captains at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, and whatever else takes the bait.
During the trip you might be trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
We welcome children aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you can bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
CoHooker Charters will bring you aboard our New Weldcraft 30' Pilothouse with space for 6 passengers. It comes with Scotty downriggers, AC, Heat, full Bathroom, Twin 300 Yamaha Outboards and everything else you need for a productive day on the water.
Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid glass bottles.

The weather was great, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable and we caught a bunch of fish. Had a great time.

Thanks again for joining us Rick, great group that know how to fill fil a freezer ! Awesome work !
It was a bit rough the day we went. Especially getting out and back. Captain Tavis and mate, Tim, worked hard to get us some fish. That included quite a few lines in the water and frequent changing of tackle and lures to find the ones that worked. We only caught 3 fish but two were good sized, one a 22 pounder, and a lot of fun bringing them in. I, being older, had a bit of a chalenge keeping my balance on the rough water. But that's the luck of the draw when scheduling ahead. We still enjoyed ourselves and we now have a very good supply of salmon in the freezer. Yes, I would very much recommend this charter.

Thank you Arvin Pleasure having you, thanks for coming aboard

I started fishing with Tavis and the Co-Hooker crew in 2016 or 2017 and I have booked numerous trips since then. We are literally hooked! I typically fish 1-3 times per season with this crew. Fishing is not always hot but the crew works hard to get fish on the deck. We typically get at least a few fish but we have had as many as 17 fish on one Am trip. I have fished AM, PM, Spring, Summer, Fall, and we have had good luck in all of those categories. The crew is great with kids and adapts well to whatever group is on the boat. I never have to worry about inappropriate language around my kids. So many great memories have been created on the water fishing with Tavis and his crew. If you ever have any questions about what to expect, just ask and I am sure Tavis will give you my number. Happy Fishing!

Thanks Shawn One of my favorite guys to slay fish with. You and your fam are the best
From the Pre-Trip communications to the professionalism and productivity of the crew and boat, the CoHooker and crew were awesome today. We had a group of 3 adults and 2 kids (9 & 12) and fun was had by all on board! Our day started out with Double and the day did nothing but get better. We will be eating a lot of salmon this year. Thanks again to Captain Tavis, Captain Easton, & First Mate Tim for the great experience. We will definitely be booking another trip on the CoHooker if/when we come back to the Holland area .

Thanks Jake The crew said you guys were great Thanks for choosing CoHooker Charters
You will not find a better boat in all of Michigan for charter fishing. CHCs runs a brand new boat, brand new gear, no expense spared. No other charter in West Michigan can compare. Their team is committed to making sure you enjoy your experience on the water. They fish hard and want to put fish on the deck but they also know the experience is like no other - they make sure it's enjoyable. I like to take the week day trip as their are a lot less boats on the water. I highly recommend.
