These waters are known for Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that everyone stays happy and energized!
You'll be fishing aboard a 24' Triton bay boat with space for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Bottled water will be available for you, if you forget your own drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

The best part is his willingness to try different spots during your charter to give you the best chance to catch fish. He clearly loves what he does and you benefit from that commitment. Would book him every time I want to go out on a charter inshore.

My son and friend really enjoyed the overall experience. Even though the large fish weren't biting we still had an Amazing time. We booked with Captain Matt for my daughters first time fishing at the ocean. We had the best time! He was very friendly and informative. Captain Matt is a great guy. A lot of knowledge about the area had a great time on the water with him. We caught several fish. Wind was up a little bit so it wasn’t as good as we wanted it to be but still had a great time man he’s got a world of knowledge.
