Panga Express is a discount private charter out of Isle of Hope Marina that offers educational/instructional catch-and-release tours. Panga Express charges by the hour with no minimum time limit and no fees for additional guests.

Our boat is a Panga to reduce operating costs so that means reduced expense but reduced space and no creature comforts like back rests or cup holders. Check out our pictures to be sure this is the boat for you. Panga Express is Caribbean style chartering in Savannah.

IMPORTANT; regarding sub 4 hour (1-4 hour) charters; we move at 20-25mph and stay close proximity to Isle of Hope Marina fishing the Skidaway River, Grimball Creek, Herb River, Herb Creek, Moon River and Freedom Creek focusing heavily on instruction teaching clients how to hunt redfish and sparkle trout. We DO NOT high speed motor between previously identified honey holes. This is not a biggest-fish or most-fish boat. This is a first fish boat! Thanks for reading!

So much fun!

We had the best time fishing this morning! Captain Sean was the best! He was so informative, helpful, and made us feel so comfortable out there. I only booked an hour and I would recommend longer for sure. We just didn’t know.  The fish didn’t bite for us but we loved the boat ride, seeing dolphins, and learning more about fishing and the area! Definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back again for a longer trip!! Thanks Captain!!

Great Trip

3 Hour Trip – Catch & Release - 4:00 PM on April 30, 2026 • 2 adults

My wife and I did a 3 hour trip with Captain Sean.  We had a great trip start to finish.   Sean was very communicative and flexible on start time to avoid some bad weather.  The marina is easy to find, and a great departure point.  Captain Sean had us fishing quickly after launch and was great in showing us how to read the water and find fish, as well as how to effectively fish the water.  Sean is super knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.  A trip with Captain Sean is  a great choice for anglers of all experience levels, and he is genuinely fun to fish with.  Highly recommended.

Kids want to do it again!!!!

what a great experience and memory we made! Captain was very knowledgeable! We could tell he enjoys being a fishing guide ( and related to ocean) !!! 
First of all, it was very safe boat trip. 

The weather was beautiful but water was cold, so we weren’t able to catch the fish within one hour. However our kids felt fish biting, learned how to fish/how to use fishing rod, and enjoyed the experience so much!!!! They were not sad or complained at all! Captain made tons of efforts so kids could catch fish, was SO patient with my 3 kids who had no idea how to fish, and spent 90min with us. Kids want to do it again and I would say this was our highlight of the winter break! thank you so much!!

Awesome experience!

I booked a two hour catch and release for my husband for fathers day. This was our first time on the water and first time salt water fishing. We had an awesome time! Captain Sean was very knowledgeable and taught us so much. We will definitely be booking a trip with him again in the future.

Don’t Miss Out!

This was such an incredible experience! Captain Sean is a great teacher and incredibly knowledgeable! my husband and I both learned a lot. We caught several fish & even got to see some dolphins. Don’t miss out on this fishing experience. Super affordable, great captain and great boat!
