If you're here to make the most of fishing in San Juan, look no further than Offshore Fishing Pelagic Trip. With Captain Zejek at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Great Barracuda, Blue Marlin, and anything else that bites. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle.
Capt. Zejek runs a 25' Pro Sports center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Zejek will provide rods and reels for you.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and a hat. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

Captain Z was a pleasure to be with! very kind and knowledgable and great convos. i booked the 6hr trips i highly recoment that at minimum. within first 30min of being out i hooked onto my dream fish of a White marlin but unfortuntly i lost it in the battle. Captain Z was always on lookout for birds and bait fish and ready to move and switch bait to try and get action. He really went above and beyond and we didnt evem realize he went well over our agreed time and he never mentioned it or watched the time. You can tell he wants you to get on some fish and have a good time. I would recomend him to anyone and will use him on our next trip. Thank you Captain Z! see you soon

If you want an authentic, unforgettable day on the water, book with Zejek. He isn't just in this to take your money; he is a true professional who genuinely cares about your experience. They always say 'it's called fishing, not catching,' but Zejek goes above and beyond to make sure you get action—he even brought a speargun along just in case the lines were quiet!
We had an epic day: we caught two Mahi, had a white marlin on the line, and saw whales and dolphins everywhere we looked. You could pay top dollar for a big, fancy tourist boat, but you will almost certainly just end up following Zejek. With 27 years of experience, the man just flat-out knows where the fish are. Every single time we hooked up, we noticed the other boats changing course to follow us. Highly, highly recommend!

STOP AND BOOK THIS CAPTAIN

You want a captain who won't give up on your trip, even if you haven't landed something in the beginning of the trip. Our captain was visibly knowledgeable about what he was fishing for, quirks of fish, and knew how to read the water. He was so much fun to talk to about fishing and learning how to sight signs of fishing spots in the middle of the ocean. I learned yellowfin tuna sometimes chase whales after we saw a whale breach like 8 times!!! So we fished where we saw the whale after it dove down. I would highly highly recommend this tour!
OH AND WE CAUGHT TWO DORADO!!! THEY TASTED AMAZING!!!!

Amazing fishing day!

It was a tough fishing day, with a few bites but no solid hook-ups at first, as the fish wasn't biting properly. However, our captain never gave up and made the experience exceptional. His marlin techniques are highly advanced and truly unique.
Towards the end of the trip, we finally hooked a white marlin, which gave us an unforgettable experience. The battle with the fish was incredible, and the way the captain
manoeuvred the boat made all the difference in successfully bringing the fish to the deck.
We are very grateful for the captain's resilience, skill, and patience. We highly recommend him and will definitely book another trip with him again.

Fishing Trip on February 19th

My son and I went on a trip (my first one offshore) with my son. We started off the day at by trolling, but eventually we hooked onto something big when we saw a group of birds feeding of fish. in the end, it ended up being a giant 60 or 70 pound yellowfin tuna and we couldn't have even reeled it up without the help of our captain so thank you very much for all your work and dedication.
P.S: Make sure to text the captain what technique you want to do that day so he can bring the necessary equipment required.( we wanted to troll and luckily he only brought trolling rods).
