It's definitely hot. We went from 5-9 and it didn't cool down to a comfortable temperature until about 7pm. Bring hat, sunscreen, maybe a little fan, and some water. I would definitely go before noon or after 4.

Captain Joe was very patient with my 7 and 10 year old boys. He answered all the questions they had and put them on fish in very windy conditions. He was a pleasure to have as a captain for my son’s first striped bass outing.

Joe was fantastic! He was responsive to messages and questions. He moved our time to get a better chance at a bite and he delivered! Everyone in the boat caught a fish. 4 people and 6 fish for the day. He even extended our time to make sure we all had one! Our day was amazing. He did great with our age range **hidden content** and 39) I appreciate him and we all enjoyed every second of the trip!

Captain Joe knows fishing! His knowledge of the lake and the fish made a fun day fishing into a GREAT day! There were chaotic moments when every line was pulling in fish - and it was fantastic! Our 10 year olds smile went ear to ear as he reeled in the days largest striper! Joe was informative and kind, and we’d be happy to fish together again!

Captain Joe was great! He took care of everything on the boat and he was able to find the spots where the fish were located. I was disappointed that the website did not notify me that a fishing license was required. The charter boats I’ve been on in the past have included licenses for all occupants.

Captain Joe took good care of us and we were able to catch a ton of fish…very large too! We hit our limit of striped bass with his knowledge of the Cherokee Reservoir. Definitely recommended
