Tampa Great Barracuda Fishing Charters

On this trip you will fish the Gulf of Mexico for Grouper, Snapper, Tuna, Amberjack, Tuna, Cobia, Kingfish, Barracuda, and more. Depending on conditions, you might fish anywhere from 5 to 20 miles offshore. A license and all the gear you need are provided. Departure time is flexible, so please, contact your Captain before the trip!

You'll spend the best part of your day either trolling or bottom fishing, all the while aboard a comfortable, spacious vessel catering to all your needs. Go after Kingfish, Bonito, and Sharks, or Snappers, Groupers, Black Seabass, and more, in the nearshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This extended half-day will allow for 6 hours of action on the water. You'll get a chance to explore waters a bit farther offshore and try your hand at both bottom fishing and trolling. You'll be targeting Snapper, Grouper, Hogfish, Spanish and King Mackerel, Cobia, Triple Tail, and Shark.

Can't go all day but want just a little more time on the water? Get yourself a couple of extra hours on the water with the 6 hour trip. The trips are flexible depending on the customer's needs and what fish are biting. Depending on the season the captain and crew will give you a chance to chase Grouper (winter months only), Cobia, King Mackerel (seasonal), Mangrove Snapper, and Hogfish (winter months only) along various other reef species. Fishing locations out to approximately 15-20 nautical miles.

Target Redfish, Trout, Cobia, Snapper, Grouper, and many more. Captain Hunter is here to teach every beginner how to catch fish and help every experienced angler to level up. There's always something new to learn in this sport and it's always fun.

The full day offshore trip is for those looking to catch that trophy fish, or catch a lot of keeper fish to feed the family! Typically departing at 7:00 a.m., the fishing grounds are about an hour to an hour and a half out depending on the type of year and weather patterns. You can target the reefs for good-eating bottom fish or fish the wrecks for Amberjack, Goliath Grouper, sharks, etc. Talk to your captain about what you want to accomplish.

This trip offers more time to target your bucket list fish and maybe get some extras for dinner or lunch. On this particular trip, Captain Joe likes to mix it up which always produces big smiles and happy clients. The starting time is 8:00 a.m.

With the full-day trip, we have time to get out and fish in multiple spots with an option to do some sightseeing/island hopping.

Whatever you preference - we can fish inshore, Tampa Bay or up to 12 miles offshore. Plenty of water and ice are provided (bring lunch if you want).
