Altmar Smallmouth Bass Fishing Charters

This morning trip will take you fishing the productive waters of Lake Ontario from Fair Haven, New York. Your main target will be Brown Trout, salmon, steelhead or lake trout depending on the conditions.

Eight hours of fishing with 1 night lodging (the night before).. You will be staying at the crew's cottage at Rays Bay, Henderson, NY which is only 5 minutes from the boat. Included are all linens for 5 beds, refrigerator, freezer, air conditioner, towels, stove, and grill. You can prepare your meal or just dine out at nearby restaurants. You will be fishing for Trout, Salmon, Walleye or Northern Pike. You will need a NYS license. Details and directions to cottage will be given after booking.

This afternoon adventure will take you targeting trophy Pike, Bowfin, and Bass. You'll have a ton of action with many different species being caught. This fish really comes alive in the evening to feed and that's why it's one of the captain's favorite times to fish. Meeting times and places to be discussed upon booking. If you have a specific species you would like to fish for, please check on availability.

On these trips, we take our specialized boat to target a variety of species based on what's around. For the 4-hour trip, we focus on fishing in prime time, morning and evening. You can catch Pike, Bass, Bowfin, & Walleye primarily. This trip is for every experience level and is rod in hand fishing. If you want to cast & catch fish yourself instead of watching trolling rods, this is the trip for you. We fish between Fairhaven & Sandy Creek, NY.

Come fish the famous Salmon River in Pulaski, NY! The trip includes gear and tackle. Waders are not provided and are required as this is a wade and cast trip.

Ice fishing is one of most productive and fun experiences when it comes to fishing. You can chase flags all day and while you wait you can jig for fish using a fish finder inside a warm insulated hut with heaters. We fish for many different species through the ice including but not limited to Northern Pike, Pickerel, Perch, Walleye, Trout, Salmon and Tiger Muskie to name a few. Location depends on targeted species and safe ice so please reach out with any questions. This is a trip you'll never forget!
