Norfolk Striped Bass Fishing Charters

Exploring the nearshore waters out of Norfolk, VA, will see you waste no time in going fishing. Within minutes, you'll cast your line, as you try bottom fishing and trolling for beauties such as Cobia, Redfish, Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Amberjack and Spanish Mackerel. Explore a range of fishing grounds, test out a range of techniques, and head home with plenty of meat to enjoy.

This is a full-day trip for up to 19 people! After six people there is an additional per person charge. The trip will see you fishing the very productive fishing grounds of the Chesapeake Bay for Fall Stripers, Croaker, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Sand Shark, Blackfin Shark, Oyster Toad, and other species.

Heading out of Cape Charles Va to target trophy rockfish. The average size we catch is 40-60 pounds and 40-55in. These are a great fight and a trophy fish that you will only catch around here.

This is primarily bump, trolling or power drift fishing with the trolling motor. We will be drifting live eels for trophy catch and release striped bass! This is the way you catch a trophy striped bass of a lifetime!

This is our most popular charter and will allow you to target multiple species in the Chesapeake Bay. How you spend your day is up to you. For example, start off with light tackle fishing for Spadefish, Tautog sheepshead, flounder, Spanish mackerel. Then move on to sight-fishing or chumming for larger species such as Cobia (June-September), Red Drum. Departure time depends on season and targeted species First mate works for tips, 20% is customary. We prefer Cash, but will accept Venmo or Zelle, Cash APP.

Nothing beats a full day of fishing along Virginia's productive coast. You'll be targeting various species along the Chesapeake Bay and Virginia Beach Oceanfront. You can expect to encounter Cobia, Redfish, Spanish and King Mackerel, Spadefish, Sharks, Bluefish, Croaker, Seatrout, and more! Just make sure you bring plenty of food and drinks to stay replenished, and don't forget the sunscreen!

An 8-hour trip gives you the chance to explore a range of different fishing grounds in and near the Chesapeake Bay. Head up to 45 minutes offshore and battle it out with monster Cobia and fish the shallow waters nearshore waters to fill the boat with plenty of delicious creatures to take home for a well-deserved dinner. Bottom fish to entice the bite of Flounder, Drum, Spadefish, and many more, before using all your skills to keep them on the line and hooking 'em aboard.

Break out your warm jackets, the Striped Bass season is here at last! This trip is a true angler's dream! You'll leave in the morning and be on the hunt for schooling fish, as you troll with an assortment of high-end lures and rigs with top-of-the-line rods and reels. "Havoc" has heat and hot coffee inside, so don't worry about being cold while searching for the fish, but be sure to wear plenty of layers for fishing as it is much more comfortable to be able to take off a layer than to wish for another.

The 6 hour inshore trip gives us more time to stay on the fish, and we are spot lock equipped this year!

Cobia and Red Drum are the #1 trophy fish in the Chesapeake Bay and are highly sought after by anglers all over the world. Enjoy a day of sight casting for these 20lb - 60lb fish that put up a great fight and are excellent to eat! While sight fishing we will also be trolling for Spanish mackerel and bluefish throughout the day.
