San Joaquin River Striped Bass Fishing Charters

This is a private charter for Delta Stripers. Delta Striper trolling, bait fishing, and other techniques will be used based on conditions at the time of the trip. I use a variety of techniques that will change with the conditions. If you have any questions regarding the current techniques that are producing, reach out, and I will do my best to answer your questions quickly.

The starting time is to be determined, depending on the weather.

Striper Trolling charters can be very exciting. We have a narrow window of time when the Stripers are in our area, but when they are here, they are generally here in big numbers. If you're looking for an exhilarating experience between March 15th and April 30th, Stripers are highly recommended.

Live bait drifting or trolling for Delta Stripers. The boat departs at 7:00 a.m. and returns by 3:00 p.m. at the latest. If limits are reached earlier, we will return earlier. Please arrive by 6:45 a.m. so we can depart on time.

If you'd like to take your family for a fun day on the water, this full day expedition is a good idea. With 8 hours to fish for Striped and Largemouth Bass, chances are you'll be coming back to land with a few stories and plenty of catch. Don't forget you'll need a fishing license for everyone on board, as well as food, snacks, drinks, and don't forget to have some cash on you so that you can tip your first mate. Military and senior discounts are available.

Make the most of the numerous productive waterways that make up Stockton and California's freshwater fishing grounds. You're in for a treat as you spend 8 hours exploring the Delta, the Mokelumne, Calaveras, American, and Stanislaus Rivers, testing your fly fishing skills from the boat to land a prized Bass or Trout. On this trip, you'll even have the benefit of stopping for lunch in the delta to recharge your batteries, on a true Californian freshwater adventure.

A 5-hour fishing trip starting at 6:00 a.m. and finishing at 11:30 a.m. You and the captain will be fishing in the bay and nearshore. The trip offers a great opportunity to experience fishing both for beginners and experienced fishermen.

This is a potluck trip which means we can catch a variety of species. Our primary target for this trip will be Halibut and Striped Bass. We are currently doing a combination of trolling and drifting depending on conditions. It is not uncommon to catch multiple species of sharks, sting rays, and guitar fish. This trip will occur within SF Bay typically within site of Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, the Golden Gate Bridge and beyond. Our range varies but can cover a lot of territory on a normal trip

Join the crew for a beautiful day on the California Delta this spring as you target Striped Bass. These trips are excellent for all ages and skill levels. They offer a great fight and delicious table fare. You can troll, drift live bait, and cast lures for this aggressive fish.

Come fish with us for Sturgeon on the California Delta. These are the largest fresh water fish in North America. They are hard fighting, prehistoric, river monsters that will usually put on a show for our guests. This is a must experience fishery!
