Kenai Dolly Varden Fishing Charters

If looking for sockeye salmon, we will go to either the Kenai or Kasilof River--whichever is fishing best that week. You can also request one or the other. You will need a fishing license, waders/hip boots, rain jacket, and whatever you would like to drink or eat. We also recommend bringing a cooler to store your filleted fish. We will fish 6-8 hours or until we catch our limit.

On this trip, you'll head out to the waters of the Kenai River and spend 4 hours trying to reel in a variety of fish species in these waters. The list includes, Silver, Sockeye, and Pink Salmon. All the fishing equipment will be provided for you, so just get a license, some snacks and drinks and hop aboard!

Six hours of fishing will bring you even more fun and excitement! Starting at 7:00 a.m., you and the captain will have lots of fun exploring rich freshwater grounds for a number of prized species. Just bring some food and drinks as well as your licenses, and you'll be set to go.

We have a variety of fishing available. The first one is fishing from a power boat on the Kenai River for Salmon ( Sockeyes, Silvers, Pinks, and Kings when open), Rainbow trophy-sized Trout, and Dolly Varden. Or take a personal float tube on a lake for fly fishing or trolling for large Rainbow Trout, Grayling, and Dolly Varden.

Spend the day chasing giant Kenai River rainbows. All fly fishing and all catch and release. Fish up to 25 miles of river and get to see more action than the salmon fisherman looking for the fish of a lifetime. This is a fast-action fishery with landing upwards of 50 trout per person ranging 18'-30'. This trip is the best way to experience the Kenai River.
