Freeport Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

This is a long, beautiful day on the water in your choice of the gulf or bay. You will be leaving with dinner flayed and cleaned and smiles on your faces. The catch possibilities vary by season, but you will have a fun day at sea.

This package is for a maximum of 4 anglers. You will be fishing up to 9 miles offshore for Kingfish, Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Snapper, and many more species.

This is for the more accomplished fisherman. We would venture further to more remote fishing spots targeting red snapper, grouper, scamp, grouper, amberjack, mahi-mahi and whatever else might hit bottom fishing, trolling, and or jigging. Please note that most all fish have seasons and size limits to keep.

On this trip, we can go further offshore to target Wahoo, Bull Dolphin (Mahi), and a variety of larger fish. Or you can stay inshore, for more time, trolling (Mackerel) or bottom fishing (Snapper).

This trip is in the Gulf of Mexico. Go nearshore (nine-miles, state water) and target Florida's Red Snapper! Also on the menu: Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Triggerfish, Pompano, and all kinds of Groupers! Florida Wildlife announces the exact season dates mid-Spring each year. Spend a bit more time fishing and increase your chances of catching lovely species such as Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Speckled Seatrout, Sheepshead, Flounder, and more.

A good trip to use several different fishing techniques and have the time to hit several good feeding grounds. A good trip to get some nice keepers in the cooler and lots of action with our time on the water.

Come explore the bay or Gulf in the morning and have a great time chasing various inshore species that roam the area. You and the captain will leave the dock at 6:00 a.m. and will fish for 6 hours. He takes care of licenses, all the fishing gear, as well as fish cleaning and filleting.

Trip options are 3-hour, 4-hour, and 6-hour for up to 4 adults. Up to 5 passengers may be possible if some of the people are kids.

Enjoy fishing some of Destin’s natural bottom and artificial reefs. You can choose to spend your time reeling from the non-stop bottom action or take your chances trolling for something more sporty. The Gulf of America fishery in the Destin area is truly incredible. Make sure to be mindful of the weather conditions and try to book on days that seas are predicted for 2’ or less.
