In the spring, we target Striped Bass in the Raritan Bay. These trips are action-packed and you’re just about guaranteed to bring home dinner! During the late spring and summer months, we target Seabass, Fluke, Tuna, Mahi, sharks, Blackfish, and whatever else you would like to fish for out of Ocean City, NJ starting in June.

Our captain runs a safe and fast fishing machine Everglades 290. This 29’ center console can fit 6 guests and has the latest gear, tackle, and electronics to put your crew on the fish. It uses twin 225 HP Honda engines and outriggers and features an ice-box and a livewell. Of course, the boat is equipped with all the coast guard safety gear and also has an enclosed bathroom.

Depending on the season, you might hook into Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Flounder, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Mako Shark, Thresher Shark, White Marlin, Wahoo, and whatever else takes the bait. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle, as well as sight fishing/casting. Capt. James also offers kite fishing.
