Fort Walton Beach Flounder Fishing Charters

Head out up to 9 miles off the shore and have a great time targeting a variety of species in the fish-rich waters of Shalimar. Captain Jason provides you with all the fishing gear, bait, sodas, water, and fishing licenses. The trip price includes the fuel charge.

On this trip, we'll be targeting Redfish, speckled trout, mangrove snapper, and anything else that wants to bite in the crystal-clear waters of Choctawhatchee Bay and the Destin Pass. The beautiful water and scenery make for an awesome short boat ride across the bay to our favorite spots! We'll primarily fish with live bait around bridges, docks, and jetties to maximize the bite. Also, feel free to request to spend a portion of your trip dolphin cruising or cruising the beautiful waterways of Destin. You can even explore local attractions like Destin Harbor and Crab Island. Your Captain will customize the trip to your preferences and the activities you most enjoy, assuring that everyone has a great day on the water!

Our Inshore trips are fully exclusive providing bait, rod and reels and all terminal tackle. Our trips cover most of Choctaw bay and the surrounding sound areas. Fishing styles include Fly-line, bottom fishing, trolling, dockfishing.

First time taking your kids fishing? Longer trips often make it difficult for kids to stay focused and involved. With our kid-specific trips, we focus on maximizing fun. The fish may not be the size of the larger inshore species but having the kids stay on smaller species such as Croaker, Pinfish, Trout, and small Snappers keeps them busy and interested. These trips are CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY. If you want to take home dinner consider our longer trips.

Our 3 Hour Green Light Inshore Trips involve night fishing in the Choctawhatchee Bay for Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and other inshore species. We will fish the dock lights in the Bayous, and various deep holes in the bay where these species like to feed. We have a 32' Cobia with Night Vision, which allows us to navigate the bay safely at night. There is also a bathroom on board, and waters are provided. Fish that meet the regulations can be kept and we will clean them for you at the end of our trip!

Perfect for those just getting out or trying to find a love or passion for the sport. Allows you to quickly get out in the bay and target different species inshore and on the bite fast!

On a four hour trip we will typically not stop to catch live bait at the pass. We will catch it at the reef we fish at. We will target in season species. We will move spots to find the fish. Typically within sight of shoreline. If bottom fishing limits early, we may troll for nearshore species
