Venice Flounder Fishing Charters

Explore the winding waterways of the Mississippi as it flows into the Gulf. The productive shallow waters are home to a range of exciting and delicious fish, and you'll get to go after 'em all. Test your angling skills against Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, Tripletail, Sheepshead and many more, and head home with enough fish to fill the freezer for weeks to come. Live bait can be provided at an extra cost – usually ranging from $80 to $130.

Spend the whole day onboard. Target all your favorite inshore species. Have a great time and head home with a ton of tasty fish! Dead bait will be provided, live bait will cost extra. If the weather permits, you can also head out to the oil rigs to fish for tasty Snapper.

On this trip, you will be able to get the waters all to yourselves and have a fun-filled adventure with your family or friends. Target Redfish, Jack Crevalle, Flounder, Black Drum, and other species. You will need to purchase a valid fishing license before the trip and bring your own lunch and drinks.

All trips are plus fuel. The boat will be refuled at the marina once the trip is completed. Fuel burn is dependent on season and trip type. Gratuity is not included and is typically 15-20%

Expect a fun and action packed day!

Everything is provided for fishing, however whatever your crew would like to eat and drink for the duration of the trip is not provided. Our guide service provides top of the line equipment and is accommodating to all ages! Never been fishing before? That's just fine! Capt Josh enjoys helping new anglers get involved in the sport of fishing and wants to share his passion for the fishery he grew up fishing!h

Our trips are unique because we have multiple decades of fishing charter knowledge to make sure we can always put togther an epic fishing charter experience. We only put 4 people max per vessel. If you have more than 4 people, we will reach out to you to book an additional boat.

Come fish the beautiful Mississippi River Delta, out of Venice Louisiana! Take off at daylight to fish for redfish, speckle trout, flounder and more. Fuel cost is not included in the trip price and will be added on top of the trip price.

A nearshore trip includes fishing for seasonal red snapper along natural bottoms or oil rigs along the Mississippi river delta. Dropping from anywhere between 40 and 200 feet for red snapper with possible mangroves and cobia. On the way in after getting our snapper redfishing and trout fishing is an option

You and the Captain will be fishing the marshes and coastal areas of Venice, Louisiana in search of a multitude of species from Trout and Redfish to Tripletail and Sheepshead. You will leave the dock at safe light and return around 12-1 p.m. Live bait is an additional charge of $25.00 per person. All trips are plus fuel.
